  • Your status page URL (if deployed)
  • Approximate time the issue occurred and your timezone
  • Steps you already tried

Security reminder

Never send Cloudflare API tokens, passwords, or secret keys by email.

If your issue involves credentials, redact sensitive values before sending screenshots or logs.
